Your Right to Cancel

 

In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.

 

If you cancel, we’ll refund you. You’ll need to cover the cost of returning items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Returns

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

 

Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

 

Custom-printed or personalised products

 

Digital/downloadable products once opened or accessed

 

Perishable goods

 

Sealed hygiene items (e.g. swimwear, earrings) once unsealed

Refunds

 

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

 

Refunds are always made to your original payment method.

 

Shipping upgrades (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom Products

 

Some of our items are created especially for you. Custom-printed and made-to-order items are only refundable if defective or damaged. Please check sizing and details carefully before ordering.

 

Affiliate Purchases (Amazon)

 

Products purchased through Amazon affiliate links are covered by Amazon’s return and refund policy. If you need to return these items, please contact Amazon directly.
