Overview

Gentle, inclusive nature-based wellbeing sessions designed to support mental wellbeing, physical health, and social connection through time spent outdoors.

 

It offers a range of sessions that include sitting in nature, noticing the natural environment, optional gentle movement for those who would like it. Sessions are designed to be accessible, low-pressure, and welcoming to people with different needs, abilities, and levels of confidence.

 

This is not a fitness programme or a therapeutic intervention. It is a supportive wellbeing space that encourages people to slow down, reconnect with nature, and take part in ways that feel right for them.

 

We'll meet at Hub and Health, Alsager and make our way to a local green space to start our session.

 

Safeguarding & Participation

Any person attending requiring support must attend with a parent or carer who remains responsible for them at all times.

 

Sessions are group-based wellbeing activities and are not therapy or clinical support.

 

Participation is optional and self-directed.
