I am a keen believer that spending time in nature can be powerful in supporting mental wellbeing. Being outside brings a sense of calm, clarity, and connection that can't always be found indoors. As an occupational therapist, I also see the impact that nature can have on the people I work withāespecially those struggling with anxiety, low mood or burnout. Nature is more than just a backdrop; itās a therapeutic tool that supports well-being on multiple levels.
Research consistently shows that connecting with the natural world offers numerous mental health benefits.
